Music Video Project
This original music video, set to Florence + The Machine’s "The Dog Days Are Over," tells a heartfelt "coming-of-age" story about self-discovery, independence, and human connection. Through the lens of three characters—an artist, a nature lover, and a determined runner—the film captures the emotional highs and lows. As their individual paths intersect, they form an unexpected bond that brings color, joy, and meaning to their lives. This video explores what it means to find freedom and family in unexpected places.
Sync Sound Project
For this project on dual system recording and sync sound, I recorded my friend Kim reciting the poem Just Beyond the Sunset by David Harris. I used a mirrorless camera to capture the video and a DJI microphone for high-quality audio. Following the assignment guidelines, the first stanza is presented with the camera’s built-in audio as a reference, and the rest of the poem transitions to the cleaner audio from the external mic. The final video was edited and synced in Adobe Premiere, allowing a clear comparison between the two sound sources.
Flower Hour With Lola Konopa!
A 30 Minute Variety Show written by group member Mia Fratig, starring me! This Drew Barrymore-esque TV personality takes on a chaotic late-night show filled with ridiculous interviews, a poetry segment, and not-so-talented talent.
